How the certification works
The organizations interested to the product certification on the basis of DTP 13 “Textile supply chain traceability system” and DTP 14 “No food companies traceability system” need to:
- be compliant to the requirements and the fulfillments included in the Technical documents;
- present the certification application,
- subscribe the economic offer that CCPB will present,
- subscribe and forward the contract for certification, which implies the acceptance of the clauses included in the Regulation of the certification system for agrifood products and its attachment.
Once the documents are delivered to CCPB, there will be a documentation assessment, a certification inspection audit on the production sites, the decision for the certification and the emission of the certificate with subsequent inscription in the certified products record. With the subsequent surveillance activity, CCPB assesses the mantainance of the compliance of the products in relation to the traceability system and its main aims.
