KOSHER Certification

We are delighted to be able to announce that CCPB srl has signed an agreement with the US organisation OU, the largest body worldwide for the certification of kosher food products.
The OU (Orthodox Union) certifies over 400,000 products from 6,000 companies in eighty countries. In addition to consumer food products, the OU also certifies ingredients and catering services. The OU has a staff of 50 coordinators, 500 inspectors and a database of 200,000 ingredients. The organisation was founded in 1898 as a not-for-profit body, with all profits being passed on to educational and welfare projects.

The OU logo is one of the most well known certification marks in the United States and it has come to be recognised as a quality mark guaranteeing that products that have passed the most rigorous tests and are thus of the highest quality.

The OU certifies as kosher some of the most famous food brands in the world, among them Absolut Vodka, Coca Cola, Dow Chemical, General Mills, H.J. Heinz, Jim Beam, Kraft-Nabisco, Nestlé, Novartis, Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury, Unilever and many more.
