Certification of web services and weather forecast services
CCPB offers to the managing organizations of web services and weather forecast services a service certification on the basis of two Technical Documents which establish the technical regulations and the management requirements of these services depending also from the goals and in compliance with the scopes of the service itself.
The certification in this case has the goal of proving the adequacy of the systems, the management reliability, including the mantainance and functional control of the equipment and of the measuring instruments used for the provision of web services or weather forecast services, more and more useful for a rational and sustainable management of the farms.
How the certification works
The organizations interested to the service certification on the basis of DTS 01 “WEB interactive system” and/or the DTS 02 “Weather forecast services” need to:
- be compliant to the requirements and fulfillments included in the two Technical Documents,
- present application for certification;
- subscribe the financial offer that CCPB will present,
- subscribe and forward the contract for certification, which implies the acceptance of the clauses contained in the Regulation of the certification system of the agrifood products and its attachment.
At the receipt of the documents mentioned above, CCPB will proceed with the documents assessment, the certification inspection audit in production sites, the decision for certification and the emission of the certificate and subsequent inscription in the certified products/services record. Then, with the surveillance activity, CCPB assesses the mantainance of the compliance of the services in relation to what is described in the Technical Reference Document
