CCPB: Leading the Advancement of Organic Certification in the Gulf Region

CCPB, as one of the leading international organic certification bodies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reinforced its strategic role at BIOFACH Saudi Arabia 2025, held from 10 to 12 November at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Represented by the Vice President of IFOAM-ABM Mohamed Mraihi, CCPB took part in high-level institutional discussions alongside senior officials from the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture (MEWA), the Saudi Organic Farming Association (SOFA), and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM)

During BIOFACH Saudi Arabia, CCPB was acknowledged for:

In the high-level meeting between MEWA, SOFA, and IFOAM-ABM, Mohamed Mraihi contributed directly to discussions on future cooperation frameworks, including the planned Memorandum of Understanding between SOFA and IFOAM, which will include areas such as capacity building, training, international events, and global networking.

CCPB also stands ready to support Saudi Arabia in the next phases of strategic cooperation discussed during the event, including participation in global forums and the Kingdom’s interest in hosting major international events such as the Organic World Congress 2030.
